The class of amazing . All the 10 girls in the class were all in awe of how skillfully even the smallest movements of body can help us get deep benefits of body and mind. Simple asanas coupled with deep inhalation exhalation led to meditative stage . Everything was so yogic. Immense, intense all at same time. Suryanamaskar variations were awesome for strength training and some easy hand yoga was amazing to release all desktop related stress from shoulders . Would love to join Anithaji and her classes for long term learning .

Ma’am is very calm and composed by nature which is required of a yoga teacher.She consults u before starting yoga so that your weakpoints are noted by her to suggest good postures.Her class is more about correct yoga pose teaching ad really enjoyable.
